Upload controls for large attachments

Hello,

Can anyone let me know if there is a decent upload control for managing large attachments?  I am looking for something that does not use flash, and is easily deployed for users across different platforms.  I last looked at this a couple of years ago and ran into issues with attachments around the 16Mb limit.
